Alexandra Nelson at Auto Shipping Group Inc. offered me the best price; telephoned and emailed me several times to keep me up to date and explained the system for the dispatchers and truckers to me clearly.

There was some miscommunication at the pickup origin because the contact person I gave to Auto Shipping was not at home. The driver was patient and waited several hours for the delivery of the car and the agents tried to phone around and make the connection possible.

The car was delivered a day early, was locked and in good shape. The driver was very cordial and brought the truck into the town of Park City, rather than meeting me on the highway.

All in all we are very pleased with the service.
