Experience was great. Renee Janisch was the agent I worked with and she was wonderful. I live in Montana and was trying to get a car shipped from Virginia to California. She was terrific to work with and made the whole process very easy and painless. Renee is one of the most professional, friendly people I have ever dealt with. Her customer service and communication skills are top notch and she was a pleasure to work with. I would use this company again!!
