Sue was the first person to call me back when I put in a request for quote and her promptness impressed me. She was knowledgeable, helpful, honest and efficient. Her communication via phone and email was excellent and always timely. The experience was excellent and I would definitely contact Sue to help with future needs. The transporter picked up and delivered my car within the specified days. My only complaint is that the contracted driver spoke very poor English and it was difficult to communicate.
