I have plan to transport my car from Virginia to Texas, when I was surfing the internet for an auto transport there was this broker by the name of Billie Pace call me up and introduced herself and mentioned regarding my car needs to be transported to texas. She asked the Information of my car and all other concerned details. She told me that she would call me up again to inform me if the car is ready for pick up.As expected she told me that the car is ready for pick up by Thursday at around 10 to 11 am but they were there already before 10am and would be delivered by Wednesday of next week.Billie was so professional in dealing with her customers. That is really good customer service.I would like to thank the auto shipping grp especially Billie Pace and J & J trucking for good service.
