Lance was extremely professional and helpful from start to finish. No silly sales games or repeat calls/emails to harass. The carrier that turned up was also top notch, professional and very meticulous. I was shipping an Aston Martin DBS so im extremely careful when choosing shippers. But ill use Lance every time from now on.
