Chell went above and beyond for me. The delay of of the pickup is NOT mismanagement on her part, yet she helped me through the mess and was always on my side. She personally made sure that all the back-end communication is okay; the whole interaction with Auto Shipping Group felt personal and whole-hearted. I'd recommend her any day.
