First let me say that I am in Customer service every single day and a member of Yelp. I am a big reviewer! It is rare now days to find great customer service and I found it here! From the first phone calll Randy was knowledgeable, helpful, pleasant, and lent an ear. This experience was amazing to be honest with you. After speaking with Randy I thought it might be to good to be true but it wasn't. Randy conducted himself as I would myself and I felt comfortable and assured of my vehicle getting here. I am in the Self Storage industry and rent RV and vehicle spaces here. If anyone ever needs to transport their vehicle I am RECOMMENDING Randy to assist. Thanks to a wonderful experience!
