I want to say whole heartedly that the car shipping from hell was completely saved by Martha Castillo. Hands down she worked harder then I have ever seen an operator work. I had to ship my car due to a military order modification (Move date was placed inconveniently). Martha not only got me a date in time but she also made sure that i understood the process completely including the budget I had to work with. I swear it seemed that every shipper was dead set on not allowing me to move my car on the date that i needed or based on my budget. Most operators would have given up by now but Martha continued to press on and although she had a full slate she made me feel as if I was the number one priority. She would not take no for an answer and eventually got all of my shipment need completed. I would say she is a leader in your industry. I had to go a little out of my budget but the customer service and dates to include making sure everything went according to plan from start to finish made my experience worthwhile. Thank you so much. If I ever have to move again and I’m darn sure I know what company I will be calling.
