I have never shipped a car before so I was completely lost. I read tons of reviews on different companies and spoke to many as well. I actually signed up with a carrier that was $400 cheaper that promised me the moon. My car sat at the pick-up location and was not getting any drivers. I called and spoke with Sue Garrison who explained to me how the whole process works. Sue was not a high pressure sales person, she was completely the opposite. She provided me with outstanding customer service and my vehicle was picked up 2 days later.
