I was impressed by how hard Chell worked to find a dispatch truck for me, and how often she checked in to keep me in the loop. My car transport was for shipping from California to Pittsburgh, and as it was out of the way for most of the trucks (most trucks head souther to Florida), Chell could not find any bids at the original price of $1095, and after raising the bid to $1270 we managed to find a truck.

However, during the week that my car was supposed to be picked up, the truck broke down and was no longer able to ship my car. Chell worked really hard to help me find another truck within a few days, and she was able to secure another truck company at a higher price of $1340. This was after she helped me negotiate the cost of transport down by $50, as I would be dropping off the car at the shipping terminal instead of having my car picked up.

Even though the price of transport rose significantly over the course of the few weeks I was working with Chell, I was impressed by her efforts to make sure I understood why the price was increased and that I was ok with it. My car was also shipped promptly and without any damage in a much shorter time of 6 days than the quoted 10 days. Thank you, and I would definitely use Auto Shipping Group again in the future!

Chell Hart ***(360) 207-5490*** Thank you so much Joy! This particular route was tricky and I was very thankful that you hung in with me while we smoothed out the road blocks and speed bumps. You were very patient through the whole process which helped me be a better broker for you. I was thankful that the carrier worked with us on price and that the car was delivered ahead of schedule (Which helped offset the delay from the carrier that broke down.)
