Before transporting my car, I found Felicia's contact information on several previous reviews of her services on transportreviews.com. Throughout the whole process, Felicia was an extremely helpful point person to work with to ship my car from MA to CA. I know that she found me the best deal: not only was her initial quote one of the lowest of all the transport companies I spoke with, but she was able to make the sale at the quote price in a very short-term time frame (I needed my car shipped with less than 10 days' notice, as I recall). Her customer service was always extremely friendly, clear, and responsive. My car arrived about 1-2 days earlier than expected in CA, and in excellent condition. If I ever need a vehicle transported in the future I will be sure to give Felicia a call again. Thanks!
