Overall this was a great experience. I had shipped cars before with other companies and had mixed experiences but this has been the best so far. Melissa was very professional, knowledgable, and followed up the whole way through the process. Everything was very clear and all my questions were answered. I was very impressed and I would certainly contact Melissa again if I need another car shipped.
