The entire process went smoothly. Drop off and pickup were on time, with enough notice to arrange to meet them. The delivery was fast (7 days for cross-country) and there was no damage or any other problems with my car. Sue Garrison was very pleasant to work with and even made some calls for me on her day off, when I had a scheduling issue.
