Malia is really patient and explains what her challenges are in getting me a good deal. "Here's how it works..." She is knowledgeable and prices the run so it gets picked up quick instead of sitting idle for weeks. Really simple and comfortable transaction.

On top of that, the price was on the low end of the spectrum for this spectacular service. I think one quote I got was $5 less and every other one was $100 to $500 more.
