Chell is my point of contact for this shipment and I would like to say thank you to her for this successful shipment. This is the first time I am shipping a car across the country and I was almost stressed out for the moving. Chell is very patient and nice to explain me how things work and answered my random questions that I felt worry about.

There's a detail during the shipment that I would like to share. ASG chose a carrier that fits my price range, date and locations. But I was worried after I saw the reviews online about that carrier. I called up Chell and expressed my concerns with her. She actually went up to her boss and showed them my concerns. The reply I got back is a nice statistics about the carrier and I decide to trust Chell and her boss's judgement. It turns out I was right, things turned out to be great.

I would definitely recommend Chell to handle you case base on my own experiences.

I can not imagine how troublesome moving that far must be, but I'm glad I was able to take some of that stress off your shoulders.
