The representative I dealt with was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable even before I booked the pickup. She inquired a few times about the service, but seemed genuine and it wasn't annoying. I was kept abreast of all timelines and issues (the driver's transmission went out mid-way through the run). That's important when shipping across the country and needing your car when you get there. I was very pleased with the service.
