I spent considerable time researching a car carrier as I had never used this type of service. After multiple phone calls I settled on working with Martha Castillo at Auto Transport Group. Warm, friendly, voice backed by incredible knowledge of her craft. From the time I agreed to the contract I received either a weekly phone call or email just to keep communication ongoing. As our move date approached, I sought Martha's advice and she was confident we could push the pick up date out to save me some dollars on rental cars. AND SHE WAS RIGHT! Car was picked up a day after our pick up date and delivered several days earlier than expected. On pick up day I received a phone call from the company to be sure all was going smoothly. As delivery time approached, Martha negotiated with the carrier to have the car delivered inner city Philadelphia within two blocks of my home (a car carrier would not fit on our street).
