We originally hired another company and they were a nightmare to deal with. Originally quoted us 800 and kept coming to us asking for more money to transport our car. After two weeks they finally hired a driver to pick our car up but wanted $900 and wouldn't drive down our residential street or deliver to our house because they didn't want to pass another Weight Station. They wanted us to drive an hour each way to meet the driver. I cancel the contract with them because of the horrible service.
So happy to find Lance, he quoted us a realistic price, was up front with all the details and found us a driver within two days that picked up our car at the house and delivered it to our house. Which is what they are supposed to do!
After explaining our nightmare with the previous company Lance was very sensitive to our needs and was a joy to work with.
The important thing to remember is that when the broker quotes you a price it's only an estimate, not a guarantee as it's the driver that dedicates the price.
