Malia was very professional, prompt in response and very available at any time for my many questions. The total cost was over the original quote(which is subject to the driver)but not excessively so and I knew about it about one day after we made the decision to use this service. Malia was very up front about the original quote being an estimate and contingent upon the driver. A few days ago I happened to speak with a truck driver who is in this car shipping business and he said the price was very good for the distance our car was shipped. I would use this service again if the need arose.
