Kimberly Freiley is fast, efficient and knows her stuff. Though I did pay $400 more than the original quote (to ship a heavy, vintage convertible car), the transaction went smoothly from my first e-mail to Kim to my farewell handshake with the truck driver after he dropped my car off - a full day early.
