From the first day I started this process in early May, Felicia Bond was very helpful and communicated with me by phone, email or text, keeping me informed all along the way. The drive who picked up the car was 20 minutes late (not a real problem) but I was his first appointment in Fort Myers that day. Felicia was professional, courteous, patient, dring this entire process. She is a great representative for the company and if I was her boss, I would give her a biig raise!
