Dealing with Auto Shipping Group made transporting my car much easier. Randy was the gentleman I dealt with and he was very friendly over the phone, knowledgeable about the entire process, and made sure that my questions were answered. He was very honest with me about current market pricing, timelines, and expectations. I had a slight issue with the driver they selected to transport my car and notified Randy and he gave me a call back immediately apologizing on the driver's behalf and made sure that my problem was rectified and rectified in a timely manner. My car arrived in 5 days from Michigan to California just as they said. Car was extremely dirty but not damaged. Randy is the man and I will use his service again if I ever need to transport one of my cars again.
