I searched the reviews you are probably looking at now and went with this company because of their ratings. After serious problems with my moving company, I was worried about getting ripped off by the car transport service or worse, having my car held hostage for more money upon delivery. When I contacted the company I asked them if they would match a competitors offer. They said they would try, and bid my job to their carriers at the quoted rate. They maintained contact throughout the process, although ultimately they weren't able to match.

Here is where this company showed it's true colors. The initial rep, who was so honest and open she has her picture as part of her email signature, left the company. A sales manager stepped in, contact was never lost, and they diligently searched for someone to match the competing bid and transport my vehicle. They ultimately asked me if I would increase my budget very slightly, and they would get my vehicle delivered.

I agreed, and for 150 more they found a carrier. My vehicle was picked up Friday morning in Tampa Florida and arrived in southern California SUNDAY NIGHT> They must have driven straight through without even a moment to sleep. In less then 48 hours my vehicle was delivered by two gentleman. I was astonished at the speed they got out here. I was more astonished at how classy and friendly the two drivers were. They were younger guys, but really nice and good natured. I could tell when I met them my vehicle was in good hands.

I was a bit paranoid about a bad experience after dealing with unscrupulous movers. KIM was AMAZING. SUPER HONEST, COMMUNICATIVE, AND SHE DID EVERYTHING SHE SAID SHE WOULD.

Rest easy. These people are true pro's. They really blew me away with all aspects of their services.
