The contact person, Martha Castillo, was extremely friendly and helpful. She kept me promptly informed with regards to my car in terms of shipping time and cost. Her warm and professional attitude made me comfortable, as a customer, to approach her and ask her anything regarding my order. She always did her best to stay ahead of the game. I will definitely recommend Auto Shipping Group and her in particular to anybody else who is interested in transporting their car.
