POC was very informative and kept in contact with us regularly to keep us updated, even if no change in transport status had occurred. We greatly appreciated the updates- we had originally booked with a different company who was dishonest and deceptive in booking our transport, so we were especially grateful for all the info our agent provided. Agent was also communicated information on current transport costs and why the fee was higher than we'd expected. Very good experience and would recommend this company to others.
