Overall experience was positive; everyone was friendly and helpful. One hiccup though, I was told (and received in email) that I could pay balance over phone with my AMEX. Once the driver arrived in VA; he wouldn't leave car w/o payment (Cash, money order or check) This did get resolved, however there were some moments of stress.
