Transporting my car from one side of the country to the other was probably my biggest moving concern. I spent months doing research and getting advice from people everywhere, in person and online. So when I finally spoke with Stephanie Hamilton at Auto Shipping Group, I expressed every concern that I had and she was extremely comforting. Her customer service skills are superb and she calmly responds to every question thoroughly. She gave me a very reasonable quote and told me she'd call in a few days when she's found a driver.
She did just that, and I soon had a time window within which the driver would come to pick up my car. The driver came 2 days before my flight to my new home, which was perfect timing. The driver was courteous and professional. I was told I should receive my car within 10 days (it was picked up on April 16th and it was supposed to arrive on April 26th). To my pleasant surprise, it arrived on the 22nd, in perfect condition. The driver who dropped it off was different to the one who picked it up, and he was equally courteous and professional.
I have nothing but good things to say about Stephanie and Auto Shipping Group, and I encourage anyone debating how to transport their car to give them a call.
