Jeff was excellent. I contacted him and he provided me all the information I requested. I then compared compines via internet but decided on Jeff because of his professional and kind manner. Jeff kept me informed but did not "bug" me. He was excellent in following up on all matters and providing a level of comfort and confidence in this transaction (it was my first time). I highly recommend Jeff because I believe him to be fair and honest.
