Auto Shipping Group Inc is the parent operating company of four very successful and tenured auto shipping brokerages. They include: Magic Carpet Auto Transport, Domestic Auto Transport, Cascade Vehicle Shipping, and Red Carpet Auto Transport.
I got my car shipped back in 9/2013. Finally I have remembered to leave a review!
I hope I don't have to ship or Transport my car again, but if I do I will come back to Red Carpet Auto Transport! Their customer service was great, here's why: 1. Pricing: no hidden stuff or crazy pricing, yet still below the average! Basically, the more the Liaison company ships, the more of a discount they can get and they pass the savings onto the customer! Why would I pay Matson much more money and also have to deal with all of the details. Just give basic details to Red Carpet and they took care of the rest. 2. Knowledge of the process. I don't know anything about this business, so the knowledge of Julie was very helpful to me, and she was able to lay everything out in laymen’s terms so that I could understand. She basically gave me a checklist of thing I needed to do in order to be sure my car was ready to go. My car would be shipped not by me but by my family member. However in order to do that I had to have a Notarized written letter stating all kinds of facts. Julie sent me a template of what the letter should contain! What a relief. 3. Great Communication. Julie guided me throughout the entire process. I felt very comfortable with the amount of communication between me, Red Carpet, and the Carrier Co (Matson). And when I went to go pick up my car, she called me to be sure I found the place ok, and to be sure that I had no issues checking it out. Since I am so busy at my job, what a relief it was to be able to hand this over to someone to take care of. Money definitely well spent! It was great to see my car again, and Thanks to Red Carpet they helped me all the way! Thank you Red Carpet! Plus they do give you an chance to win a prize if you leave a review, but it is not why I left this review today, especially since it is probably too late to win the prize anyway. Again, thank you Red Carpet!
