I was impressed with Jeff Vigue's patience with me as this was the first time I had used a transport company. Since I was arranging transport for my daughter's pickup from a storage place to another state and would not be there I had a lot of questions. All were answered and he didn't mind if I called with another question. The storage place closed at 5pm so had to wait one day to load and then the weekend. But the truck arrived safely and in good time with no surprise costs. We paid what was quoted and appreciate the honesty of Jeff and the Auto Shipping Group.
