I've used various auto transport companies in the past and Auto Shipping Group Inc. has been the best I've used to date. Julie Johnston was my contact person and she went above and beyond to provide excellent customer service. She called me with follow ups informing me when the auto I purchased was picked up (on time) The pick-up date was within the time she quoted me and actually the vehicle arrived at my door a day earlier than expected. Julie has a good phone voice and she spoke very clearly. She told me to feel free to call her at anytime if I had any other questions or concerns. I would not hesitate to use this company again if I need auto transport in the future. I thought the transport price was in the ballpark range for such a long distance. It wasn't the cheapest quote I got nor was it the most expensive. Oregon to Michigan in an open truck for $1075.00 is a fair price.
