Hi, Lance and hie staff at AUTO SHIPPING GROUP went above and beyond to help me have my truck shipped. This being the first time using a broker/shipper I was quite apprehensive to use a broker. But Lance was honest, straight forward, and followed through with calls and e-mails during the whole process. The truck dealer( being less than straight forward) was just sitting on the truck, trying to get the CHEAPEST rate to have the truck shipped.
I will use AUTO SHIPPING GROUP, again for all of my shipping needs , and refer them to anyone who needs to have a vehicle shipped. T o paraphrase e-bay:AAAA+++++++++++++++++++++++
Honesty ,excellence , direct dialoge , following through , are just some of the adjectives used to describe Lance and the experience I had with him.
