We needed to ship a Volvo SUV from California to Ohio and I was given Kimberly's name by a colleague. She responded immediately to my initial request and was very responsive throughout to any questions I had. She found a carrier that picked up the SUV from my work and had it in Ohio 7 days later as promised. The shipper was also very responsive. An overall excellent experience from start to finish.
