This was my first time shipping my car from California to Hawaii, so I had no idea were to begin or what to expect. Fortunately Sue Garrison (Magic Carpet Auto Transport) made my experience easy and stress free. The whole process went according to how she said it would. My car did arrive on time, but she informed me the possibilities of it arriving a few days earlier. There were times when I asked her questions and she wasn't 100 percent sure what the answer was, but she would research and call me back to ensure I receive the information I needed: i.e. grace period pickup time after arrival, and what Matson would charge if my car remained on the pier after said grace period. She was easy to contact, and always returned my calls. My car arrived in the same condition I dropped it off and picking it up was easy too. I don't foresee transporting my car anytime soon, but if I do, I would contact Susan again.
