When I spoke to Malia, she educated me about how the business works since this was my first time transporting a vehicle. She suggested I quote other companies and if they offered a better price to go with them. I shopped around and quickly discovered that Malia's quote was very competitive and decided to go with her. She found me a cheaper and earlier delivery service but unfortunately the vehicle was not ready for transport yet. This was the dealership's issue because the paperwork wasn't completely ready. So Malia and I waited about another week and finally the dealership was ready to ship. The next price she gave me was quite high and she agreed that it was a bit much and that we should wait a few days, so we did. A few days later we found a price that was very close to her original quote so we went with that. Vehicle was picked up and delivered on time. Thanks Malia!
