Overall experience was excellent. This was my first time shipping a vehicle cross country and was some what nervous about the process. Malia was very knowledgeable / helpful with explaining all the details involved with shipping a vehicle, which was very reassuring.Definitely set my mind at ease. The transport carrier was 1st class, they met a short notice shipment ( picking the vehicle up early) and even completed the delivery in a reasonable time with the inclement weather in the northwest (big snow storm). The transport driver provided daily updates through the entire process. Would definitely use the service again.
