I needed to move my Audi TT on very short notice - I called Friday afternoon for pickup by Tuesday. Kristin was wonderful and very patient with me - my car is my baby and I wanted to know every single detail about the shipping process. She was very knowledgeable and friendly, explained the entire process to me, and even though her computer was down on the Monday and Tuesday before delivery, she was still able to take my calls and give me as much information as possible. Pickup was on time on Tuesday, and delivery was earlier than expected on Thursday. The driver was very friendly and knowledgeable as well, and the car was delivered in pristine condition. I would absolutely use this service again.
