I had contacted Red Carpet Transport after checking out transport company's on the internet. Julie Johnston contacted me immediately and we began the process to have my truck shipped home to Hawaii. She was there to answer any of my questions or concerns and was with me every step of the way. Even though I first contacted her in January and my truck did not ship until the first week in March, she was there and available for me. This was a great experience and I had no worries whatsoever with the quality of customer service. I will highly recommend Red Carpet Transport to any of my friends or acquaintances if the need shall arise. Thank you Julie Johnston and much Aloha to you.
