They were very courteous, and were overall, very good communicators. She regularly sent me status updates, and was very upfront about all costs, the quoted price was the price I paid. No hidden fees! They even called to check on the quality of service after the final drop off! Not many companies that I have worked with in the past have done that. Overall I am 100% pleased with service and I will not hesitate to recommend them to a friend or use them again myself.
