I as in Oregon with a VERY broke down large pkup. need to get it home to my mechanic an was very upset and didn't know what to do. the gentleman that I talked to on the phone was very helpful, he knew what questions to ask and then took care of everything for me. My truck was even delivered early and was picked up the very day after I called. He kept me informed along the way and helped to make a very stressful event almost fun! Thank you Lance
