Julie and red carpet transport did an excellent job. When She checked up with me the morning of the day the truck was supposed to have arrived, and heard the driver had not contacted me yet, she did the research to find out what was going on (turns out the truck had broken down and hte tranporters had not contacted me or red carpet). She seemed more upset over the transport companies lack of communications and the delay than I was.

Both the pickup and the rescheduled drop off occurred pretty much dead center in the four hour window planned.
