After being ripped off by 1 Shot Express in mid December 2013, I was extremely skeptical on going through the broker process again. I went online and searched for top shipping companies and provided an online quote in hopes the responses were indeed from reliable service providers. Lance contacted me, in fact from home shortly after my submission. He was very courteous, prompt, and informative. Lance ensured no payment would be made until transport was arranged and picked up/arrival. Given our initial experience, prices were lower and requested Lance to continue seeking a less expensive rate. He was very honest and frank (respectfully) in helping us realize and understand the likelihood of our vehicles being transported. Lance is definitely a pleasure to communicate and work with, I will contact him again for all our transportation needs. Thank you sooo much Lance!!! It has been a pleasure and look forward to working with you again!
