It was an over all painless experience. The delivery kept getting pushed back, and the final delivery involved the police needing to stop by and confirm that the men delivering the vehicle hadn't stolen it...but besides that I got my car at the price we were quoted and only a couple of days late.

The customer service was excellent, Sue did a great job answering all of our questions.
