I was in the process of moving from Indy to Cali on this past mid-jan. I even booked my ticket on 21st because my new job will starts 2 weeks after. So basically there is no way I can reschedule my flight. I had tons of things to do, and everything has to happen sequentially. And shipping car was one of them. Originally I had another transportation company worked on my case. But the agent just keep lying to me anout the pick up date and totally wasted of my time. In fact , I gave him more than a week before 21st to find me a truck driver to pick up my car. If he could be honest with me about the pick up date, I could've managed someone to help me look over my car. So later I found Don to be my broker. First of all, he is very knowledgable about what he does. He explains to me how the whole process works. He is very patient as well. I listen to me and understand how urgent my situation was. The most important thing is, he is honest with the realistic pick up date . He promised me that the car will get pick up on 23rd. So I managed one of my previous coworker to look over my car and handed the car key to the truck driver. Then I waited until the end of January, truck driver called me the day before he arrives. The next day, I got my car in one piece. No additional charge (exactly the same as what the contract says. Not even 1 cent more). Don called me and make sure I got my car. He is happy and I'm happy. The whole process is smooth and pleasant. No stress at all. All I did is follow his steps and I got my car delivered. I will say, you got what you paid for. It was my pleasure to work with Don Edwards. Thank you very much Don!
