I had to move my minivan from Atlanta to Chicago and shopped around for a bit to finalize whom to pick. My first choice was another group which after 10 days had failed to provide any confirmation or communication around my move. I reached out to Casey at Magic Carpet with a few days remaining when I wanted the move done and he was able to promptly find me a truck within 24 hrs for the first day the vehicle was to be available. After a few calls and some changes, the driver picked up the vehicle on Saturday and I was promised delivery for Tuesday. The van was delivered on Tuesday with no issues except it was very dirty with snow/ice everywhere...It was open truck and was snowing heavily on the route but still would have preferred it to be less dirty...Apart from that, absolutely had no issues and thoroughly liked the prompt communication, status updates, timeliness and flexibility of everyone involved, especially Casey! Will definitely use the services again..
