Magic Carpet was responsive and helpful in quickly finding transport for a long, difficult route. Although the driver was late because of a rare engine problem, he was very apologetic, personable, and effective in his communication with us. Upon arrival, the battery was dead on our collector vehicle. The driver helped me try to start the engine with a pull-start using my rig, and then he towed me home several miles from the drop-off site. Overall, a very good transport experience. Highly recommend.
