Douglas was very helpful at finding a nice carrier (they are a broker, and do not own trailers) for my 2005 BMW M3 when I shipped it across the country. The car arrived damage free albeit dirty, although this was due entirely to the fact that I shipped on an open carrier in the middle of a winter storm. Doug was very good and return my emails and calls and consistently checked up on me.
