Sue's customer service was outstanding!!

I contacted multiple auto transportation companies to ship my car from Chicago to Boynton Beach. With that said, Sue was the only vendor to contact me over the weekend as I had less than a week to secure an auto transport company. During our first conversation she proved her expertise by providing me with a detailed explanation of the process and what I could expect from her and the auto transport carrier. I was able to secure shipment within my original timeframe and at a reasonable cost (no hidden fees). We were promptly contacted by the driver to coordinate drop off and pick up times and locations that were convenient. Sue also contacted me regularly to ensure I was satisfied with the service.

This was my first experience with Magic Carpet Auto Transport and I would highly recommend Sue and her organization.
