i rarely write reviews but I need to speak up to alert future customers. Please think twice about this company if you are thinking of having them ship your car. Paul Sutus is the owner of Auto Ship Transport and is someone that you absolutely can't trust.
he is a very dishonest and twisted person. I had a credit on my account from last year and he told me that I can use it for my next delivery. I called him up to schedule a delivery recently. And to my surprise he tried to make up stories and would not honor me to use the credit toward my shipping. He thought customers are dumb and he thinks that he can out smart them by saying stuff to confuse them. So pretty much in the end. My shipping was 800 dollars. he supposed to apply 150 credit from my account so i would only have to pay 650. He didn't do that but on top of that charged me another 50 dollars for deposit. So the total that I had to pay now is 800+150 = 950. Please guys stay away from this guy if you want to find someone you can trust. In the end, he is not a shipping company, he is just a broker and the way he makes money is by charging the deposit then pass your informations to whoever he can find to ship your car. I will never do business with this company again.
