My overall experience with Auto Ship Transport was pretty good. My vehicle was picked up and delivered for the most part on time (it arrived one day late). I would have preferred that the delivery company be a little more proactive in notifying me of delivery changes, versus me having to call an request an update. However, whenever I did call the company, I promptly received an update as to the status of my vehicle delivery, which I appreciate. The prompt response to my inquiries was appreciated when compared to other companies who did not respond promptly. The only dislike I have with this company is the fact that the driver of the delivery truck did not speak good English, which caused some difficulty upon the delivery of my vehicle. Also, there were some scratches on my vehicle caused by the delivery truck driver brushing against tree limbs on the roads. However, Auto Ship Transport agreed to resolve this issue without much difficulty, so I am pleased that I did not have to argue at length with them about this. They accepted responsibility for the scratches and resolved the problem to my liking. Overall, Auto Ship Transport (though a young company) is worth considering.
